1) Health Insurance For Hourly & Salaried Managers
McDonald's pays 50% of health and dental insurance premiums regardless of the plan chosen. Employee contributions are deducted "pre-tax" reducing the overall payroll taxes paid.
2) Additional Insurance Coverage Available

Employee contributions for Vision Insurance are made on a "pre-tax" basis. Contributions for other coverage plans are made "post-tax", however benefits received from these plans are non-taxable.
3) Salaried Manager Paid Vacation Plan
- - After 1st Year: 5 Vacation, 5 Personal Days.
- - After 2nd Year: 10 Vacation, 5 Personal Days.
- - After 5 Years: 15 Vacation, 5 Personal Days.
