Hourly Management
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: TBD
Description: We are looking for energetic individuals who can provide leadership and are willing to work a flexible schedule. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, supervising crew, and customer satisfaction.
Benefits: Hourly managers who complete the first training class, Basic Shift Management (BSM), and who are full time with open availability will qualify for INDIVIDUAL HEALTH INSURANCE(employee pays 25%) as well as ONE WEEK paid vacation annually.
Management Opportunities
Manager Trainee
Hours: 45 hours/week
Pay: $26,000
Description: If you have restaurant management experience (preferably McDonald's), you may qualify to enter our accelerated Management Trainee Program. This three month training program covers training in all Crew positions as well as the the fundamentals of Shift Management.
Benefits: Manager Trainees start at $26,000/year. If, after the three month training program has been completed, there is an Assistant Manager position available, the manager will be eligible for HEALTH INSURANCE (employee pays 25%; individual or family coverage is available) as well as TWO WEEKS PAID VACATION.
Assistant Manager
Hours: 45 hours/week
Pay: $30,000-$33,000 starting pay
Description: If you have McDonald's management experience, you may qualify for an Assistant Manager position. In addition to the basics of managing crew and customer satsfaction, Assistant Managers share addional responsibilities in the restaurant, such as ordering, scheduling, or leading the Training Team. Candidate must be full-time and have open availability.
Benefits: 2nd Assistant Managers start at $30,000. 1st Assistant Managers start at $33,000. HEALTH INSURANCE is available for all Assistant Managers (employee pays 25%; individual or family coverage available). If a candidate has been to Hamburger University, their salary is increased bey $1,000/year.
General Manager
Hours: TBD
Pay: starting at $39,000
Description: Our General Managers are responsible for the overall restaurant operation, as well as developing the skills of the managers and crew who work for them. While we currently have GMs in all of our locations, we are preparing for expansion over the next few years, and at the same time preparing to increase our number of Area Supervisors. Any candidate with excellent credentials would more than likely find themself as a GM sooner rather than later.
Benefits: In addition to the benefits described for our Assistant Managers, our General managers are eligible for up to $15,000 to $30,000 in bonus annually. This is based on how well the restaurant performs in achieving operations, people, and profit goals.
