Employees are reviewed on a six month basis and awarded a salary increase based on their job performance. Once a maximum is reached, depending on the position, salary reviews occur on an annual basis.

McDonald's has discount agreements arranged with three national childcare providers to reduce the cost of childcare while you are working. The providers are Childtime Child Care, KinderCare and La Petite Academy.

Start planning now for your retirement with our 401K program. You can contribute a percentage of your wages or a fixed amount. This McDonald's owner/operator will match a portion of your contribution. The only requirements are that you must be 21 years of age, have one year of continuous service and work 1000 hours or more annually. Enrollment period is January 1 and July 1.

All active McDonald's hourly employees are entitled to one week paid vacation per year after one year of continuous service. This vacation is based on the average hours worked over the 52 weeks prior to your vacation.

Meals taken while on a break during your shift are FREE.

McDonald's stock may be purchased through the payroll deduction plan. Purchase as little as $20 dollars per month (minimum amount allowed) or more. You will receive annual statements showing the number of shares of stock that has been purchased. The only requirements are you must be 18 years of age, a McDonald's employee, and you must purchase a minimum of $20 dollars a month.

You may have your check directly deposited into any bank account or onto a VISA paycard. McDonald's will pay for the initial card purchase fee of $5.00. There is a monthly maintenance fee of $5.00. You receive 1 FREE ATM transaction per pay deposit at any Allpoint Network ATM. All fees are deducted automatically from your card. Your card can be replaced if lost or stolen. Additional fees may apply.
