You can customize your work schedule around your other responsibilities. Our crew schedule is completed every week at least 4 days in advance.

Each crew person and hourly manager receives a wage/performance review every 6 months, in January and July

You can determine how much money you make at McDonald's®. The more you learn the more you earn. Most of our managers and staff began as a crew person. Our Owner/Operator, Frank Sandoval, began as a crew person in Pueblo, Colorado.
- Crew Medical Insurance
Expanded Medical/Dental/Vision and Prescription coverage through the McDonald's® Insurance Program. Clara Corporation will pay 50% of the premium for the Employee Only Basic Plan. There is no waiting period, however you must sign up within 45 days of hire or you will have to wait for the annual open enrollment period.
