The McDonald's Insurance plan offers health, dental and vision coverage. Employee's coverage options range from employee-only to family coverage under any of these plans. The McDonald's medical plans all cover the same services and have an unlimited lifetime benefit maximum.
- Quarterly Cash Incentive
The Cash Incentive plan is a quarterly incentive designed to reward managment employees for your restaurants achievements in quality service and cleanliness, guest counts, and profitability. Managers have the ability to earn up to $18,000 in bonuses
- Life Insurance
McDonald's provides basic employee life insurance equal to two times you annual base salary, rounded up to the $1,000.
- 401(k) & profit sharing
Once you are eligible, you can contribute up to 50% of your before-tax pay and invest in any or all seven investment funds. McDonald's will contribute $3 for every $1 you contribute on the first 1% of pay you put in, and $1 for each $1 you contribute on the next 4% of pay. If you contribute at least 1%, McDonald's may also add a profit sharing match to your account of up to 4%. You are always 100% vsted in your contributions and company contributions.

- Mc$ave Savings Plan
Mc$ave is a money market fund for employees of McDonald's designed to help you save on a regular, consistent basis. After-tax contributions can be made through payroll deductions or by check. You always have easy access to the money in your Mc$ave account and can start, stop, or change your contributions at any time.

McDirect Shares is a direct stock purchase plan that lets you build ownership in McDonald's and reinvest dividends in the company. You can purchase shares of McDonald's common stock through payroll deductions, withdrawls from a bank account, or by check.

You can join the Corporate America Family Credit Union (CAFCU) and take advantage of its wide variety of products and services, including checking and savings accounts and competitive car loans.
- Paid Vacations
McDonald's believes in your need to take regular time off. Managers who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible for paid vacation. The amount of vacation you can take depends on how long you have worked for McDonald's in an eligible position.
- 8 week sabbatical program
The Sabbatical Program allows eligible employees to take an eight week sabbatical for every 10 years of service with the company. The Sabbatical is a time to reflect on your job, career and the overall operation of our business away from the pressures of work and become rejuvenated.
