This restaurant, along with 20 others is locally owned and operated by Baxter Enterprises Incorporated, a family business. Thomas W., Tina and Tiffany Baxter are proud owners of twenty-one McDonald's restaurants on the Eastern Shore. The Baxter Enterprises' story begins when at 15 years old; Thomas W. became a crew member, mastering the art of making milkshakes at his local McDonalds. Five years later, he had an opportunity to manage his first restaurant at 20 years old.
"Since then, my career has taken me from Supervisor to the Corporate offices where I had the chance to work in Research and Development. In 1992, I became an owner operator and have used this unique opportunity to give back to my community. McDonald's has shown me dedication and hard work is the price one pays for success."
