MCDONALD’S ADOPT A SCHOOL PROGRAM 

Dear Principal; 

As the Public Relations Coordinator at the McDonald’s at 6315 Kenwood Ave, I’m writing to introduce myself and make you aware of my role as the restaurants community liaison. I serve as a link to community leaders, sharing information about McDonald’s, listening to your concerns and needs, and leveraging McDonald’s social responsibility efforts locally.

We’re proud to be a part of Baltimore and we’re working hard to be one of the best employers in the community. Our McDonald’s, are committed to sharing information and working in partnership with our community. McDonald’s makes an important contribution to the area not only as a major employer, but also with a wide range of community service programs, sponsorships and donations… 

McDonald’s incentive program examples:      

• Family fun night at McDonald’s (10% of proceeds back to the school)
• Ronald McDonald school show.
• Book club (reading reward program)
• Support non profit organization fundraisers ( car washes, hamburger day, community road projects)
• Student incentive program ( for attendants, honor roll, most improved and more)

McDonald’s QSR INC. would like to encourage positive learning. We believe, the adopt a school program would be an excellent opportunity for McDonald’s to contribute to your school.

Nigerian Proverbs says “…it takes a village to raise a child…” our village is called Baltimore.  Together we can make a difference in the lives of our students/your children/our neighbors.
